Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation:
Under this policy : Cancellation of a specific Doctors Appointment is possible. Then you can shift that appointment for consultation with another doctor. To cancel a specific doctor appointment just email us at least 12 hours earlier at support@docmeet.in
In case you feel that the service provided to you as not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Technical Team within 24 hours of Service. The Technical Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and may assign your consultation with another doctor.
DocMeet, constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement in its present form without exception and also includes acceptance of any future revisions to the same. If the subscriber is dissatisfied with the services provided by DocMeet then the sole and exclusive remedy available to the subscriber is to stop using the services and to terminate the DocMeet account, under intimation to DocMeet in writing. This does not absolve the subcriber of any dues which remain and the same remains payable.
DocMeet also reserves the right to disconnect the services to the subscriber in case of any of a number of reasons, including but not exclusive to-negative address verfication, non payment, violation of any terms of this agreement, usage of the service for any illegal or immoral activity etc.
Refund Policy:
We will try our best to satisfy our customers with our service.
In case any customer is not satisfied with the consultation of doctor then the customer must inform us over email in support@docmeet.in within 12 hours of the consultation. DocMeet will provide an alternate consultation by a reputed doctor of the same or better calibre, experience and knowledge.
In case the user is still not satisfied with the service then he must inform us at support@docmeet.in
Our customer support team with inspect and inquire the details of the problem and in case found legitimate then we will refund the money in full.
